Mr. Wagner’s experience includes numerous multi-million dollar commercial transactions, like-kind exchanges, complex financing arrangements, multiple-use properties, commercial and residential leases, and residential developments. Litigation experience is primarily in the areas of collections, access and boundary disputes, clouds on title, eminent domain, commercial and residential lease transactions, and breach of contract. Mr. Wagner has experience in developing and crafting land use statutes and regulations. Provides consulting and strategic planning services in regard to urban revitalization and redevelopment.
